Just thought I would comment here. Michael Risley does exactly what he says he will and does it efficiently and does not over charge his clients. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone needing these services.

This very intelligent Attorney did a profound and grueling job on our case. Pardon and Parole board approved and now we wait for our Governor to sign it. Michael did a terrific job of keeping us informed, answered all questions, and he returns calls. He crosses all T's, dots all I's and is in good rapport with the Pardon and Parole Board. After seeing all he was required to do, we could see the previous attorney was not performing in compliance with requirements. Integrity runs high in this office and we were honored to have him represent our case. Money well spent and the peace of mind is priceless!

If you are wanting to file for a pardon Michael Risley is the attorney you want to hire. The application that has to be filled out and filed is overwhelming, you want Michael and his staff doing this for you. I knew going in after my consult I had a 50/50 chance because of an old case (over 20 years old) that was considered violent. I am happy to report I received my pardon!!!

I did some research on pardon attorneys and chose Michael based on my research. After meeting with him I knew he was the person I wanted to use. What I really liked was the fact that if you called his office, Michael usually answered the phone himself. His office did a great job on the application. And Michael did a fantastic job on the actual presentation. That explains his great working relationship with the Pardon and Parole Board. As a result, I just received a call from his office yesterday saying that I just received a signed pardon from the governor.

When I first spoke to Michael Risley he was very professional, considerate and honest with me. He put me in touch with Katie Carter, another attorney at this law firm and she was wonderful. She explained what to expect and always kept me updated. She helped me understand the process and encouraged me by staying positive throughout my whole ordeal. I couldn't have chosen a better lawyer to represent me in my time of need. They offered reasonable rates which was extremely helpful for a single parent. I actually have never done a review for anyone but for Michael Risley and his staff I would definitely do it. Just because they are the best. Michael and his staff helped me when no one was willing to even help me a bit. I have had many bad experience with lawyers but he proved it that their are good people in this world. Not just he won my case, Michael and his staff is very helpful, dedicated, and very passionate. Their way of working is top notch, they are very up to date on everything, return calls, reply email, and at the same time their work is simply amazing.
