I have only been on the program for 16 days and have lost 13 pounds!!! I had enjoyed all the recipes so far. I am never hungry and my energy level is terrific. I can’t wait to see what level 2 has in store for me. This program has been a lot easier to follow than weight watchers. I am not stressed at all staying on track. I look forward to the daily education and planning that goes into it. I believe in this program and think everyone reading this does not need to look anymore. This is the best program out there!! Let’s achieve BTR health together and live life to its fullest.

I am on week 3 of level 1. It's been a really good experience. I don't feel restricted. It's easy to follow. I have lost weight and feel better. My coach is there if I need her. It's really a great program.

I started this program because I "had to do something". I didn't know what, but I knew I had to do something. I would lay on the couch at night and I couldn't breathe. One day I opened an email from my medical insurance company that offered access to a health plan free of charge. So I read the options and settled on Betr. I did not start this program with weight loss being the primary goal., but it is a nice side effect. The food is amazing and not as restrictive as most other plans. I have been on this plan for 2 1/2 months and I am down 20 lbs. I am no longer taking of 2 of my medications, working on the third and last one now. I feel so much better.

I LOVE the foods I am eating. This is lifestyle change, not a diet. Eating “clean” foods without all the processing and additives has given me more energy. I feel great about the way I am eating, love the coach’s daily contact, and have lost 9 pounds in my first 3 weeks!

This program makes my soul prettier and my body happier. Yes, the weight comes off but that is just a plus. I suffer from Diverticular Disease so at first I was hesitant because for years I’ve been avoiding many of the foods I must now consume, antibiotics every other month was the course of action, one of these so strong, I developed painful sores in my esophagus, tongue and roof of my mouth. I felt like I was being fumigated and often in a lot a pain. I feel so much better since I started this program, my energy is back, I am not in pain, sleeping better and figuring out the real triggers and the true culprits causing flare ups.

I absolutely love this program. So easy to follow and the food recipes are delicious. It's not a restricted diet, it's a Betr lifestyle. The coaches are wonderful and guide you every step of the way. I have already lost 13 pounds in just 30 days, by simply changing the way I eat. No counting calories or portion controls. It's not a yo-yo fad diet where you starve yourself to death. It's a change in how you eat and what is best for your body. I recommend this to anyone who just wants to change their lifestyle. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

The program is amazing. I didn’t have a horrible diet, but I also didn’t feel great. Problems sleeping, chronic pain from inflamed joints. When our Health Insurance offered the program, I jumped at the opportunity. I had done research on microbiome diets but hadn’t really bought completely in. Within the first week the puffiness was gone, I was sleeping through the night and had energy. My skin looks and feels better. After 8 weeks 20# was off of my body. I feel amazing. I recommend the plan to all that ask.

I have lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks and excited for more loss. I am so glad to have chosen this program, it doesnt make stress out. It’s easy to do, just takes a little compromise and committment from oneself. The foods they choose for you are yummy and amenable to many recipes. I feel like my body has deflated. I love that there is no calorie counting, an easy app to keep you on track everyday, and a personal coach for accountability and questions. I appreciate that the top leader in the company, Dr Ferro, does weekly zoom calls and more than 100 people always show up and he speaks personally to us.

experience has been great! coach Mary Jo has been great!! so encouraging! food is delicious!!! weight is going down!! moving more! 2 big wins: when I decided to walk around the block with my granddaughter and when I had to hoof it down the street after our little dog (cockapoo) got loose!! I'm so glad my employer has offered this program. did I say food is delicious!?! I really like-the planning is taken care of for me!
