This program changed my life. Not only did I lose weight, but I feel so much better. I have more energy, I sleep better, no bloating, no headaches, and I know how to prepare and cook healthy meals. I learned that you don't need grease, a lot of salt, and heavy sauces for your food to taste good. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. Food is here to nourish us, give us energy, keep us alive; food wasn't meant to make us sick or be the cause our death...we can control that.

I have been on the Betr Health program for 3 weeks now. I am down 14 pounds but the better results are that I no longer crave sugar, I sleep so much better and I have a lot more energy. My coach has been awesome! He sends encouragement and tips daily. He is patient with my questions and problem areas. I recommend this program 100%!

I started my Betr Health journey on September 21rst and so far I am down 16.1 pounds down and feeling much better! I have a great coach named Keith, who guides me and uplifts me daily. The program is easy to follow and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a different way to get and stay healthy! I have a long ways to go but I’m confident and motivated that now I can do this and do it well! The support is awesome and we have a great community both in the Betr Health App as well as on Facebook! Give it a shot people! You won’t regret it.

Phenomenal program. The coaching is key and the program isn’t based around unsustainable fad diets. If you’re looking for a healthy change and logical weight loss based on creating good habits and not suffering through making these lifestyle changes I highly recommend giving this at least two weeks to try and see for yourself. Seriously.

I have been with betr health for almost 24 days and I lost 13 lbs so happy with the result, I learned so much from my coach Anita and listening to dr Ferro’s Tuesday lecture, I learned so much about food and what works for me plus the app is great tool and very helpful. Thanks betr health

I have struggled a long time with losing weight. I had tried almost every diet out there and nothing worked. The first week on this program I lost weight. I just finished week 3 and I am down 15 lbs. Plus I feel better and have more energy. This is a program that works, highly recommend!!!
