I've been wanting a rhinoplasty ever since I was younger and went to Dr. Lee for a consultation. He was great at explaining what could be done and what couldn't be done safely. I had my rhinoplasty and am so happy with my new nose! There is still some swelling which he told me would slowly go down over months, but I'm loving it so far!

I found Dr. Lee through some friends who had surgery with him and he came very highly recommended. I sat with him during my consultation and he was so patient with my questions and really took the time to explain everything. The results of my cosmetic surgery with Dr. Lee exceeded my expectations. What's more notable is that his bedside manner and interpersonal skills made me feel as ease from the first consultation. He spent significant time explaining the procedure and making sure I had realistic expectations and was thorough in answering my questions. I experienced a complication during recovery and he was exceptionally responsive and compassionate. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients.

I was fully confident in him from my first consultation and I knew I was in good hands. His professionalism and compassion took away so much of the stress I had about having cosmetic surgery. He sat down with me and spent the time to understand what I wanted to change about my body. He told me about my options and gave his opinion without trying to push me towards something I didn't want. It never felt like he was rushing out of the room. He was better at explaining stuff than anyone else I met, so I knew exactly what to expect from the surgery and recovery and there were no surprises. Appointments were easy to schedule and he was always on schedule. He was also responsive over email/phone for followup questions.
I'm still absolutely amazed by my results and could not be happier with the surgeon I chose. You will definitely not be disappointed.

I had an abdominoplasty with Dr. Jeffrey Lee and my experience was fantastic. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but also one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Dr. Lee spent significant time with me explaining my options, talking about the inherent risks, managing my expectations cosmetically, and answering my lengthy list of questions. His warm personality and professionalism immediately put me at ease, and that was one of the biggest things that differentiated him from other doctors I'd met. He took the time to understand what I wanted and how I felt about the surgery. He had zero ego, never felt rushed or pushy, took my questions seriously, respected my intellect, and was sensitive to my emotions. He was also able to explain the actual surgery in a way that I understood, so my husband and I knew exactly what to expect. The day of my surgery was very low-stress and it went exactly as described. In hindsight, I was slightly high maintenance in my number of questions and level of worry, but he never made me feel that way. He was responsive between appointments when necessary and made me feel like I was his only patient. I also appreciated that he was always punctual for office visits and was flexible on scheduling appointments. The cosmetic outcome of my surgery far exceeded my expectations, including the flatness of my abdomen, contour of my flanks, the tightness of my abs, the disappearance of stretch marks, and the faintness of my scar. My body looks better than it did a decade ago before having twins. He certainly under-promised and over-delivered cosmetically and I couldn't be happier with the result. Friends that have had (successful) tummy tucks with other doctors have mentioned that they'd recommend Dr. Lee instead of their own surgeons, based both on my cosmetic outcome and my experience. I'm guessing other moms in our network will use him in the near future. I'm happy to respond to messages about this doctor or just my tummy tuck experience generally if it's helpful. Good luck!

I am highly satisfied with all my interactions with Dr. Lee and staff, they do an excellent job and the outcome is very well done. The only thing I would change would be some way to better prepare mentally for what the change will actually look like- maybe more before and after pictures? That's probably easier said than done though, and overall I am very satisfied with my experience.

I sought out Dr Lee because my previous surgeon had retired. Upon research, he had fantastic reviews and recommendations. I wanted my implants replaced because I was no longer happy with the size of my breasts. I left the ultimate sizing to Dr Lee but STRESSED I wanted much bigger breasts. I even told him when in doubt, go bigger! Many months after healing, my breast feel relatively the same size. I also had lipo done and was told only 25% would really be removed. This was accurate because not a huge difference from that procedure either. 12k and a week of recovery for basically nothing. Needless to say I'm not happy.

Good work,good consultation.Not clear about charges: I had to repay for a touch up( was not told in advance)of an injectable substance even within the weeks time frame I was told.Very disappointed.

My experience wasn't quite like everyone else's. I guess he only caters to a particular demographic, however I went for chin lipo and it was clear that he did not want to do the procedure on me, he was very condescending and short and his response to my questions. The receptionist was very snotty as well. I would never advise or recommend him to African Americans. Everything in my soul told me to leave and cancel the appointment the receptionist was very quick to cancel my appointment and refund my deposit which told me they didn't want to do it to begin with I'm at peace with my decision to walk away!

My experience is too long to write but let's just say I waited 25 min and no one acknowledge me.. Seems to be a lack of management and too many staff who do not communicate with each other. I couldn't tell you how the doctors were because I left after 25 min. I would say save your money and go somewhere outside of Boston. If your paying that much money, you should not have to be ignored or treated the way I saw people being treated by any staff member.
