I’ve been a patient here for years. The atmosphere is always relaxing and welcoming. The massage therapist and chiropractor always do great work. I came today with what I thought was a severe back injury, turns out I just need my usual appointments from my favorites. With the massage work of Diana and The chiropractor work of Amy Gonzalez. I have more mobility than I’ve had in almost two weeks. I love being able to come here, find the problem, and plan out treatment to fix it.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Amy Gonzalez. I began acupuncture several weeks ago after receiving a bells palsy diagnosis. I've noticed significant improvement after each visit so much so that strangers cannot tell I have bells palsy. I am very happy with the progress that I have made and I am so happy that I found this practice. I would very much recommend her!

Great visit with Dr.Gonzalez . She is very thorough with her work and very knowledgeable. She doesn’t upsell like few other offices . The adjustment was awesome and it made me feel better right away . Definitely recommend her .

Ka Ron Norman is a new massage therapist at Solutions alternative. I work at a computer all day and I have been going to her for a few months. She has done an excellent job of alleviating the pain in my neck, back, arms, wrist and hands. I highly recommend her as a massage therapist skilled in trigger point massage and the use of hot stones. When the massage is complete, I am totally out of pain and that is a wonderful feeling.Thank you, Ka Ron.

If I could select 10 stars, I would!!!!!! I just had my first massage from Ka’Ron and she was AMAZING!!!!! Definitely not a cookie cutter massage! She paid attention to feedback from my muscles and really adjusted the massage to my needs! I will be returning every month and sending my friends!

I have been dealing with pain for 3 1/2 years now that was just constant & a normal part of my every day life, but thanks to Trinity I finally have some major relief. Trinity is so skilled & knowledgeable! I can’t get over how much better I feel after my visit. I’ve previously worked with 3 different physical therapists & multiple doctors for my neck & back injuries, but i have never had such relief. And this was after just my first visit! So thankful for the amazing work!
