Katie is my go-to for everything at Nicholas Joseph. That's not to say others aren't great - lots of busy bees whenever I'm there! The environment, attention to detail and to the guests, the flexibility for the big and the little things, and the process from start to finish is fantastic. It's intimidating I'm sure for first timers, but rest assured you'll feel welcomed from the minute you step in the door. And perfection seems to be the standard, as they continue to go above and beyond to get you where you want to be with the custom suits, shirts, and jackets. And who doesn't like an espresso or a scotch to make the process that much better. The difference between custom and the rack - or even those online custom shops - is night and day.
