My order was delivered in good time. The tracksuit that arrived was too large but it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. I sent it back and asked for a larger size. Less than 24 hours later I received a refund because they could not supply the size I requested. This was excellent service and I would recommend this company.

My experiences have been overall very good, this was the first time I've had an issue. I understand shipping is delayed but it took over 3 weeks to receive my product. That said, I'm still a loyal customer and believe in the brand.

Very good products but I checked on the tracking app each day to see if it was updated until one day (a few days later) it said the parcel was on the way to the US. That said,my tracksuits then turned up a few days before the scheduled delivery date. I checked they were authentic and had no problems at all, so I am very happy with this store. 4 stars because the delivery could have been faster.
