I’ve been going to Uong Eye Care for 4 years now and every time I always receive great service from the doctor and the staff. They all are very kind and professional. The doctor is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had and Jenny is amazing. She went above and beyond to help me find my new glasses during my last visit.

My wife and I had Uong Eye Care recommended to us by our insurance as we just had a bad experience with another vendor in our network. Our first impression was great as we saw the care they extended to other clients as we waited, with attention to detail and customer service double checking everything for the clients making sure of fit and understanding (especially for a teenagers first glasses).
They took incredible care of my wife, showing us just how off the previous prescription from two weeks prior was, while keeping her at ease throughout the examination and selection process. Due to the circumstances, we weren't the easiest or simplest clients, but they showed the same great care and patience with us as I had observed with every other client that came through their door.
I am looking forward to having them straighten out my prescription and help me with my glasses in the near future! I couldn't recommend them any more highly!

Staff and doctor were really professional and kind. They were very patient with me as I chose my glasses and had a good selection of nice designer frames. I would definitely recommend this office. Dr. Uong was awesome!

I've been here a couple times now both for regular eye exam, and a medical eye exam for mysterious itchy watery eyes that were driving me crazy (which was quickly and correctly diagnosed and problem solved!) Both times I was very happy with my experience, the staff is professional and very nice. They give you very detailed information on everything and have great communication even after you leave your appointment. There's also a very sweet gal who helps you find the right glasses and I appreciate her putting up with me and my indecisiveness. The girls at the front desk always return my calls timely and follow up and I love that they are so on top of everything! They even helped me by submitting a claim to my crazy health insurance. Very satisfied with the services here and plan on returning each year for my regular exam and all my eye needs.

I had been with my previous eye doctor since I was a child so for 20plus years. But every time we would go there the front desk lady always had a grumpy face and bad attitude, not welcoming at all. And it would take them days to call back. Or even to answer the phone. And on top of that we would get there for our appointment and still have to wait almost 30mins plus to be seen by the doctor. My husband and I were there last week and we had just had enough that we walked out, we had almost been waiting for 30mins. We decided to look for another eye doctor and closer to home. I searched under our insurance and found Doctor Uong took our insurance. After reading multiple reviews about him, I decided to call. I did not regret my decision once. From the time I spoke to the lady on the phone who was very professional and at the same time very pleasant. We were able to have an appointment within the week. Once my husband and I walked in we were greeted and it was very welcoming. I believe her name is Jen (I could be wrong) she is in the front, she explained to us all the paperwork we would be filling out and signing . We did not have to wait long to be seen. Dr Uong is very professional and knowledgeable. He Answered all my questions. My husband is very picky with his doctors and he too liked Dr. Uong and felt he was in good hands with him. And the icing on the cake is that he is so close to our house. I highly recommend him, you wont be disappointed! Everyone at the office is great, knowledgeable, and welcoming!

Dr. Uong is very professional, friendly, and thorough. He saw me very late notice when I had a corneal abrasion which hurt very badly. His staff are very helpful and clear about billing. They are also very familiar with the rebates that come with my contacts and walk you through the process. Highly recommend! I've been a customer here since 2011. Thank you Dr. Uong and staff!

Today I had my eye appointment. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the women at the front desk and the women in the middle desk. They were both so sweet unfortunately I didn’t get their names (they both wear really cute glasses themselves) anyway I got my eyes checked, and found out I too needed my own pair. Both ladies allowed me to try multiples glasses on, and they even let me model a few for them as well as helping me decide on which ones to take home. One women, picked one out that I never considered would look good on me. Those are the ones I ended up purchasing and I’m in love! Had she not been there I probably would have left empty handed. Thank you for such a fun visit! And for my new pair of glasses
