Amazing staff. Neighbour spoke to staff over phone, explaining what I needed because I wasn’t well. They bundled everything at the counter so I could walk in, pay for my goods and walk out. They spent a lot of time with my neighbour on the phone, then also with me at the counter, explaining about the items. I was too unwell that day to tell them I really appreciated their kind service, over and beyond. Thank guys. ❤️

My fav place to stop in before a camping trip to get little things I need (and don’t need but want haha ) ! Usually have everything in stock. Staff are always helpful and friendly!

Tentworld At Browns Plains has a fantastic range of camping products. Their specials have really good savings. The staff are also very helpfull. On occasions I have had to phone with enquiries & nothing was a bother. I would recommend Tentworld Browns plains for your camping needs as you are considered important to them even after the sale.

My go to camping shop, always cheaper than "the big guys". Heaps better quality stuff and they have more product knowledge in my opinion. I always use them when I can.

I only shop here for my camping equipment, the staff here are really friendly and helpful without Hovering over you as a customer, I can find anything here that the other camping places stock and it's almost always a better quality item. I can't recommend them enough, they're brilliant.

Love this place and there keen for your business. Lots of camping stuff and who doesn't like camping aye. They've alot of stock on hand and there keen to help and advise you on all your camping needs if they don't have it they'll get it in for you give them a go I've shopped there lots and never been disappointed with the price it the great service they provide.
There local so give the locals a go as it keeps locals in a job.
As I said give them a go I did and I will return back there again and again..

My wife and I went to this store on the 2/10/22, to buy a tent and maybe some accessories. I couldn't believe the difference in customer service that this store offered compared to the Archerfield store. The Browns Plains store was great!! We were looking around and a female staff member (Soraya) came over to assist us. She was wonderful and helped us with all the gear that we were looking for. We bought the 4 man Coleman North tent, a large underlay tarp and a Queen high inflatable mattress. We even had a older male staff member just quickly giving us some information on the mattress when he was walking past also. We were very happy with this store and highly recommend it.
Ps. I hope we spelt Sorayas name correctly as we were chatting about it when we were at the check out. : )
