We began working with Laura Magyar at Real Home Experts in Nov. 2021. We discussed the particulars of our situation and what we were hoping to accomplish in our home purchasing journey. Laura took the time to listen and understand our needs, set up a effective search to allow us to search for our home.
Knowing how insane the market was in the Winter/Spring of 2021/2022, Laura never rushed us into any decisions and we began looking at homes in March. We looked at 10-15 different homes, over 3 months. This was throughout our search area. We put in multiple offers and went through many frustrating situations with bidding wars, undisclosed information, shady realtor tactics and more. Throughout all of this Laura was supportive, knowledgeable and not afraid to have difficult conversations with us in a respectful way.
I personally can be challenging to deal with as I am quite strong willed. Laura was able to have challenging conversations, listen and understand our perspective and opinions, and even when she disagreed, she understood that this was our decision.
We ended up purchasing a home in June 2022, and even after our deal was signed (and her commission secured) Laura was attentive and helpful through our move and transition. I have worked with multiple Realtors in the past, and this was the first time I felt no difference in the level of service before and after a sale has been secured.
I highly recommended working with Laura and the Real Home Experts team.
