I was able to schedule an appointment with them easily and quickly. I pre-registered online and on the day of my appointment I was checked in quickly. I saw Dr. Cheng right away and was able to receive the gel injections in both knees!

I waited maybe 5 minutes before I went to a room. Check in time was fast. She was so nice. Got in the room and again- the nurse was awesome. She prepped me for a shot and before I knew it Ashley came in jolly like she ALWAYS IS.it was such a good experience. On my way out Dr Buck said a few words to me , shook my hand and wished me a merry Christmas I love that place. I left with a smile
