As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, I knew that probate was a close cousin and that I would come across these deals. However, I didn't know a thing about it, so I first found Chad's podcast and then his YouTube channel and I was hooked from there. I have heard from others that this course is far better than other courses out there on probate, so I'm glad I got this one the first time! I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning, but after doing the training several days/week, I begin to "think probate." Chad breaks it down in its simplest form so we can be successful. The Facebook group and weekly calls are valuable resources for questions. If you are looking for a course on probate, this is the real deal.

There is Probate Mastery and EARN. Probate Mastery is excellent however EARN is graduate school. If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and take the EARN course...you'll be glad you did! Thanks, Chad!

I loved it! That there is finally a course involving real estate professionals that focuses on serving our clients' best interests, and not our own. Too many Realtors focus solely on closing a deal to get paid. I encounter it all of the time during my transactions where the other Realtor in the deal is clearly focused on themselves and not taking care of the client. This was refreshing and what I'm looking for!

I felt that there was a complete lack of the usual filler and hype. The course was extremely constructive and helpful, with a variety of viewpoints, presented by a single instructor, which is very constructive. I appreciated the emphasis on empathy and understanding. If you really don't care about others, this may not be a niche to pursue as a full-service business.
