I found Chad's approach of providing services to attract a Client and winning the Client over with that approach well within my wheel house. I've been a Realtor and already offering many of these services in the past to Clients as I was brought into Probate sales for families in my sphere. But Chad helped me to see it as not a normal thing everyone does and truly a value add to be promoted and skillfully used to gain a PR's trust and allegiance. That style of empathetic service works well for my personality and ethics. I found the course to be full of valuable content, much of which I had not retained from other Probate Certifications with a couple of value adds as touchpoints for the PR right in the first conversation. I look forward to learning with the group more and more and making this a new area of concentration for our business and me personally.

There's nothing like your course offered in the real estate world. It's important to understand probate. I was a PR for my great uncle's estate who passed in 1976. It closed in 2021, so I know what it's like to sit in the hot seat. It's not a comfortable feeling. Even if you are a Realtor and have no interest in probate, this course should be a requirement. Since COVID19, many people have passed without any estate planning and a will in California will not keep you out of probate court. It's synonymous to filing a lawsuit against yourself. I'm glad that I took the course. I have a better understanding beyond listening to an attorney give a seminar on probate.

Great course! Simple strategy. Lays down and discusses a very doable blueprint to becoming successful in the Probate space. Chad does a great job in transferring his experience into this course.
