We were sceptical as to who we should use for the sale of our business and we trawled the reviews and recommendations long and hard before we finally decided that Bonza 'seemed' to tick our boxes.
So with trepidation we commenced our sale journey. Immediately the communication and clarity was excellent and we were talked through the whole staged process in a clear and understanding manner. We engaged with several parties at Bonza as they put our prospectus together and within 3 days we were good to go. This was too easy !
However, the enquires and confidentiality agreements started to flow and within the first week we had a real and live buyer discussing our sale with us.
We ultimately are still on the market at this stage, as we have made some changes to our requirements however the Bonza team have been nothing other than supportive, encouraging and very honest during this process.
Therefore I couldn't recommend them highly enough if you too are in this position.

My experience with Matthew Newton from Bonza was nothing short of flawless. From my first introduction, to Matty checking in with me during training (after the business had been sold) - he has been genuinely invested in my journey.
Selling my business was an extremely emotional and daunting experience and one that I could not have got through without Matty. Matty's communication was incredible, he explained processes in detail when I didn't understand and was completely transparent throughout, whilst also trying to help me relax and have a giggle along the way.
We had a few bumps near settlement which were completely out of Matty's control but yet he stepped in to resolve, ringing me well after business hours from home. For the level of expertise, hard work and genuine care that went into this deal - the commission was absolutely not enough!
I would not look anywhere else to buy/sell a business in future and will be referring Matty's service to friends and family.
Matty, you are truly one of kind, a special human and I can't thank you enough.
