I have been a member of the Boardroom Salon for approximately two years, and I been extremely satisfied with the service. I used to go to Visible Changes, and while I was very satisfied with my haircuts, I would typically have to wait anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Since the Boardroom Salon caters to a male clientele, I have never had an issue getting in for my scheduled haircut on time. The scalp massage and quick facial and arm massage that come with the benchmark package were not what originally drew me to the Boardroom, but I have come to appreciate those as a nice, welcome relaxing add-on. The salon uses higher-end products, mostly from Bumble & Bumble or Jack Black. I will never say the Boardroom Salon is for the person on a shoestring budget, but if you have extra disposable income and your hair is important to you, I think it’s well worth the price, particularly if you get a membership. While I have had great haircut experiences during my whole membership with the Boardroom (I used to book based on convenience of time, rather than going to a dedicated stylist), I can’t say enough great things about Summer. She has the perfect balance of understanding exactly what I want, while also feeling comfortable offering up suggestions for something new, or also reeling me back in if there is something I want to try that may not work out the way I intended. I am very thankful to her for keeping my hair looking great!
