This place lives up to the great reviews. The staff is always professional and courteous. I'm somewhat picky but Sue gave me an awesome haircut. From the first visit, she was confident I'd be happy with the results and I was! The membership is pricey but it's worth it. I signed up at the spot after I saw the results from the first visit.
I also got a beard trim done by Drey and another time by Kristian. Both did a great job.
The only weird thing I found about the place is the lighting. There are spotlights from the ceiling that cast dark shadows on the face so it's hard to see the results right away. I think there needs to be improvement on the lighting big time. Nonetheless, the staff is always very nice. They'll hand you a hand mirror or whatever you need to provide feedback during the process. Anyways, I like this place a lot and I'm going every week (thanks to the membership).

Excellent experience! Melissa was so nice. They have complimentary drinks and netflix while you wait. The whole environment and vibe was awesome. They play some nice music, too. Drey did my hair and did a fantastic job.
There was a hiccup in scheduling my appointment online. For some reason, it didn't go through and when I showed up for my appointment I wasn't scheduled. But Drey stayed later than he was supposed to cut my hair so 2 thumbs up for that.
Also, for your first time, you get the Benchmark for the price of the Express. Unfortunately there was no time for that so they gave me a giftcard for next time. I'm definitely coming back. I love this place.
