Thanks for agreeing to assist us to look after my twins when I knew I was pregnant and also extended for another month. She takes good care of my newborn twins, who are premature. The twins are small and delicate and she can look after them well and my babies love her lots. Besides that, she also look after me well with her nice delicious food which we miss after she left us during my first pregnancy. What surprise me is that she still remember what we like and don’t like to eat. As we have faith with her, my hubby no need to accompany me to all babies doc consultations and could save his leaves for future use. He knows that auntie will be there for me and babies. She also get along with my elder Son well till my Son consider her as part of our family.
P.S Auntie hope after today you will have a good rest at home. I know you are tired in looking after me and the babies, especially at night, so that I have sufficient rest. Stay in connect if possible.

I remember it was early this year when I'd seen my friend's recommendation of PEM Confinement Nanny Agency. Pregnant with my first child, I knew I needed help and contacted PEM right away to request for the nanny my friend recommended. I could not have imagined then how this decision would have shaped my first days of motherhood. I would like to thank Aunty Lum Siow Ying (#741) for the help and emotional support rendered during my confinement. Aunty Siow Ying played a huge role in increasing my breast milk supply right from day 1. This made my breastfeeding journey much smoother than it could have been. She not only prepared nutritious, delicious (and well plated) meals, and kept encouraging me to drink lots of fluids and take lots of rest while she handled other work of the household. She also treated my family members as her own. During this last week, she is very concerned about how I would cope after and focuses her energy to train me on all aspects of caring for the baby while still taking care of us. Throughout the entire 4 weeks I am touched by her warm and genuine concern. My family and I will miss her when she is gone!!
I would definitely recommend Aunty Siow Ying! She's not only a fabulous confinement nanny to me but has also become a supportive friend in this important first month of motherhood.

A BIG thank you to 美珍姐 (nanny code #929) for her assistance throughout the 40 days (extended her for 2 more weeks) of my confinement! So blessed to have her with me throughout this period. Not only does she cooks well, she took great care of me and my baby girl. She will ensure that I have plenty of rest and eat well. She also wake up every 1.5-2hrs at night to feed my hungry baby, do laundry, clean and mop kitchen every evening, hand wash all my baby’s laundry and floor rag, sweep and mop floor even though I have a part time helper.. keeping the house neat, clean and tidy! We will definitely miss her and we wish her all the best! We will definitely recommend her to all others who require confinement services!

We're so thankful that 娟姐 (赖秀娟 #1154) was assigned to us. She was capable in both looking after the baby and myself. She was strict in the important things (such as ensuring that I had enough rest and recovered well), and flexible in the less important (such as the type of food we would like to eat). She was also innovative in thinking up ways to make the food both nutritious and delicious.
I also loved that she took such great care of my baby. She would even spend time talking and singing to him to stimulate his senses, and carry him around when he was extremely fussy.
Most importantly, she takes pride in her work, which ensures that she does the best that she can. Highly commend her, and would recommend her to help you through your confinement period.

Felt super lucky to have Stella as our nanny for this one month. As soon as she reached our place, she immediately start work organizing my kitchen and my fridge. I was amazed how neat my kitchen can be.
She took very good care of my little girl, and she will talk to her everyday. As she slept with the baby at night, she knew my girl characteristics and she'll share it with me. As my girl has jaundice, she'll give us advice on how to bring down her jaundice level. She make sure my girl has enough milk and she will update us on her jaundice condition based on her body skin colour.
She is generous with her advice and guided us well so that we can take over taking care of our baby smoothly. Her cooking is superb! It looks good and tastes good too. I would hang around the kitchen to get some pointers from her, and she is more than willing to share her marinating and cooking secret with me!
As I have dog at home, my floor is usually "furry", but she will help to mop the whole floor for me everyday. She will also help entertain my neglected dog at times.
She was a great help when we do our DIY baby photo shoot and baby early one month prayer. We always only inform her in the last min, but she will get everything done whenever we need it. She gave us great pointer in photography(like dressing baby, using whatever props we have and getting good angles for the shot).
She is an organised, diligent and environmental-friendly lady. She will recycle all the container and use it to organise the kitchen work area. She's a great role model for me! Greatly appreciate PEM for assigning such a perfect nanny for my family!
