I have been seeing Dr Stephen Johnson since we moved to SB in 2017. I feel very confident with his expertise and I trust his advice. His staff and offices are top notch polite and professional but have always made me comfortable as not my favorite place …a dentist office. Now he has moved full time to Solvang I go there for my dental work with Dr Stephen.

I had a great first visit here! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Dr. Jaime, Brenda, and the front staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Was able to schedule my next visit for an extraction the very next day. Looking forward to future visits :)

Dr. Jamie and Dr. Kim are amazing! My front teeth were slightly chipped 13 years ago and I have been living like that until now. When I visited their office for a regular check up, they recommended an easy fix for my teeth and now I have a beautiful smile back! Thank you so much!

I had my first appointment at Johnson dental as a new patient and I had a great experience! Prior to coming here I had the worst experience ever so it was refreshing to see how courteous the staff was. Dr. Jamie and Brenda were so sweet and made my experience so relaxing and calm!!

Friendly neighborhood dentist. I’ve been a patient for about 2 years. Everyone is always kind, compassionate and respectful in my opinion. As someone who has fear and trauma associated with dentistry, I appreciate the people at JFD who are understanding and willing to help me understand everything about my care. It seems to me that some of the negative reviews here are a bit exaggerated. I know it can be difficult to process bad news, and I know it can be hard to have patience when dealing with medical issues, but it is a busy office and people have to wait their turn. I would absolutely recommend this dentist. In fact, Dr Cane repaired work that a less competent dentist had done on me. She was not disparaging of that dentist or me in anyway. She helped me understand what had happened and then she fixed the problem.

Had my cleaning, Nicole was great. Dr. Kim came in for exam he was very attentive to my questions. I would recommend this office. Gerardo Sarabia

Great experience! Dr. Kim and his assistant Freddy genuinely approached my concerns, answered all my questions and filled me in with same day treatment! I have a dental phobia but this was a very relaxing experience! Highly recommended!

Love Dr. Susan Cane she doesn't mess around and gets the job done. Not wasting your time with a million appointments that are not necessary and wasting your money. A very straightforward and honest approach in her communication style that is very much appreciated by me. Takes time to answer questions and gives you detailed information. She is caring and compassionate during anxiety provoking procedures ex: like extractions LOL

Johnson Family Dental is absolutely exceptional! They have easy scheduling, and your dental concerns are of upmost importance. The billing is easy to understand and services are affordable. Customer service is exceptional. The front desk is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are very attentive. They were able to get a lot of work done for my daughter in a very timely manner, and that was very important to us before she moved for a college program! Dr. Diamond is professional, friendly, and kind. He takes pain concerns seriously, and addresses that immediately. All other staff is caring, thorough, and helpful! We will definitely be returning!!

Had a great experience. Starting from the front desk, to the assistant Freddy and Susan, to my doctor, Dr.Kim. I did not have insurance and they still took me in on 2 different emergency experiences. On top of not having insurance they signed me for a dental plan that gave me a significant amount of discounts. Thank you Johnson family dental !!!!

I like to leave another excellent review. Dental hygienist Karina ( hope to have spelled her name correctly) helped me out today 7-17-24. She gave me very valuable advice how to use a tooth pick to remove food under the implants. Excellent service as always. Thank you Dental Hygienist is very thorough and gives valuable advise. Dr Arami and her assistants is careful about explaining what needs to be done, enjoys her job and is a very nice person . This is strange to say about visiting a dental office but I actually enjoyed my visit!
