The staff is friendly and helpful. I like that they do most things "in-house" and don't have to be referred else where... like for a root canal.

They are great. As a first time patient, from the lady at the desk, to the assistants and the dentist everyone has been so nice to me. Extremely welcoming, clean office, 10/10 would recommend.

Best experience ever! I had my teeth cleaned by Malia. She was very thural and educated me on the importance of oral hygiene. Malia's assistant Priscilla did an amazing job flossing and removing coffee stains from my teeth. Thank you Johnson family dental

the dental hygiene Paula was super awesome! I appreciated all she did for me. But my appointment didn't go smoothly because the front desk staff didn't handle things correctly getting my info from the SB office. They took forever to get my records so I had to wait and in the end Paula cleaned my teeth without having my records and did not give me the right treatment. I asked them if they wanted to reschedule to get things in order but insisted it was fine. It was not fine and wish I would have trusted my gut. Despite the frustration with everything going wrong, everyone was super nice. I'm hoping my next visit goes better than this one and they are ready for me.

Let me start by saying I HATE THE DENTIST!!! With a passion. When I went in for my free check. I told them all “I hate you guys” and they all laughed and said we will take good care of you. That is just what they have done. Peggy is the first contact you meet and from there on out it got easier. With out Peggy I would probably not have came back. She is so warm kind and makes you feel like you matter and she is glad to see you. The dr and staff is clean officiant Kind and patient and gentle. They have built my confidence up. I hate to say this but I now look kind and patient and gentle . I hate to say this but I am looking forward to going to next apt. I can’t reamber the lady’s name but if she reads this she knows it’s her and I need to say thank you so so much for the gentle hand and how patient you are with me. Ashly is also Excellent can’t say enough about her but she is very careing soft hand and know what’s up . Theses 3 women are a aset to this company and phenomenal with there aww is job. this company is lucky to have . I truly mean this when I say I will recommend everyone I know to go to this place iw

I would recommend Dr. Coates any day of the year he is very professional he took a lot of time with me details of what he was going to be doing the work on my mouth I felt literally no pain during the procedure And after the procedure I felt very little pain if any at all I was really surprised at that because I expected to feel some pain since the surgery on my mouth would be extensive. My last visit to an endodontist was a complete nightmare full of pain during the procedure and two weeks after the procedure but the visit with Dr. coach was the exact opposite if you have any apprehension Dr. coach of the person you need to go see.

I have had a really great experience coming here. It had been over a decade since I had been to a dentist because I had a fear of the dentist. Dr Kim and the whole team helped me get over my fear completely. They are friendly, caring, and efficient. Since I became a patient last year I have had multiple cavities filled as well as cosmetic gum lazering and crowns. Each experience has been a positive one and I am so proud of my healthy, happy smile.

I had a wonderful woman do my X-rays but I can’t remember her name, but they were all so nice and good at their jobs!! I’m looking forward to a long and wonderful relationship!
