My accident happened in November 2018, it is now October 2019. Communication was not great during the process. I would call several times and not get responses. The medical bills piled up and I was nervous. The case worker is very nice but I believe may be overloaded with cases? Or maybe mine was just not that important. I’ve never used a lawyer before for an accident. I didn’t know I would only get a third of the settlement after medical bills. They require you to leave a review before sending the check, hence all the 5 stars but whatever. I guess this is normal and can’t provide an adequate review because I have nothing to compare it too. In any case, if you are in an accident get a lawyer I’m probably still better off than if I had tried to deal with the insurance companies myself.

I'm very disappointed in the representation I received. It takes several phone calls and messages to get a return call. I feel like the ball was dropped in my case by the case manager (heavily dependent on text messages but not calling back) and the attorney. The couple of times I spoke with him, he had to call me back so he could "review" the file. He was totally unfamiliar with the facts on my case. I walked in a commercial claim with property damage over 26K and medical bills. My portion was less than 5k. IMO, don't waste your time here.

Dec. 20th 2018 we hired them for a wreck we had, it’s been 3 months since our last contact or conversation with our case manager sally, we call on a weekly basis and never get an answer. We continue to get the “we will call you tomorrow, or this afternoon, or Monday with an update.” We never get that phone call. Maybe now since I am leaving a review of my experience with them others will come forward. I have been told by multiple people they make you leave a good review before you can get your check. At this point I’m not expecting any thing from them as it’s been over a year and over 90 days with no contact or update. My name and number is on file with your law firm.

This law firm claims to have filed a lady bird deed for my wife but wasn't clear in the instructions. because of their lack of communication my wife is now in danger of losing everything her parents worked for. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!
