I highly recommend both Leevi and Todd at this dealership. Todd the manager, was very helpful and resourceful with helping me find cheaper car insurance on my 2023 Elantra. After viewing over 4 different insurance companies and them all quoting me policies that were way out of my budget, I started feeling hopeless and a bit frustrated. I made the decision to visit the dealership to see if they had any recommendations and Todd was quick to help! He had many suggestions on different insurance agencies and was patient enough to call them for quotes while I was present. I felt very involved throughout the entire process and he broke down the entire policy to me (which was very helpful since it can be tricky to understand). Whenever I had questions, his answers were not only fast, but also very clear. Leevi is also so helpful! When I bought my car, he explained exactly where every dollar was being spent. I felt fully aware of my coverages and my loan breakdown. You can tell there’s genuine compassion for the business at this dealership and that’s what I like the most! The employees at this dealership aren’t all about making their profit and truly care about the loyalty and trust of their customers. It’s always nice walking into the dealership and them being able to remember my name. Scott is a pretty cool dude too if you get the chance to meet him! If you can’t tell already, Hyundai will definitely have my returning business :)
