The staff made me feel very comfortable. When I arrived, the front desk was welcoming and super helpful with answering all my questions. During my appointment, the nurse comforted my worries and thoroughly went through all the details. Trusting someone with your face is scary but they are the best. I love the results. I will be returning to Spa35 for sure!

I went here for my first time getting anything done and it went even better than expected! Staff was very friendly and professional, I was asked multiple time through the process if I needed a break or to check up on how i felt, the rn who did my lips was so nice and gave great advice. I will be a returning client, 100% recommend.

Maya is fantastic at injecting. She took the time to listen to me about my concerns and past with Botox which alleviated the anxiety of trying a new injector. Everyone at Spa35 has been friendly and professional.

First time trying Botox about a week ago. Maya was wonderful, and I was amazed at how quick and painless it was. I expected some stinging, but there was literally nothing to it! I only felt 2 of the tiny 6 pokes. I have experienced some headaches on and off since, but nothing major. I would 100% recommend them. Stop putting it off like I did and just try them! You will not be disappointed. Looking forward to trying some of Spa35's other procedures as well. (Their list is so extensive! It can be somewhat overwhelming but book a consultation and they'll explain everything you actually need without forcing extra unneeded stuff on you. :))

I would highly recommend Spa 35. The front desk staff are always very sweet and helpful. I buy all of my skin care products there. Bria is very meticulous with what she does. She’s knowledgeable in all areas of skin care.

Spa 35 is located in an easy to access location. The office is well designed and super clean. My intention when visiting Spa 35 was to address the brown age spots on my face. Removing the brown age spots by using the XPL process has been a game changer. I feel much younger and more vibrant. Quinn my service provider is super professional, a great conversationalist, gentle and to top it off funny. She has made the skin on my face more radiant and look 10 plus years younger by removing the brown sun spots. I trust her with my face, that is saying it ALL. Next I'm considering my hands..
