I have been going to Spa 35 for a couple of months and could not be happier with the results! I never felt my skin was "bad enough" to get help, but after a decade of being self-conscious, I decided to give it a try. Shannon at Spa 35 put on a plan of product and IPL and only have way through it the changes are DRAMATIC! My skin has TRANSFORMED and I could not be happier. In addition the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Could not recommend more!

Loyal and happy for eleven years. I have been going to Spa 35 for many years. Always friendly, professional service with experts in their field. They greet you as if you're a personal friend, confidential and clearly explain procedures and expectations. Great for the first timer for any service. I've had a wide range of services and been more than satisfied with the results of each. I will keep coming back here as long as they're around. A If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Upon entering Spa 35, I was pleased to find a clean, airy inviting facility that offered a wide variety of services. While the menu of services pleasantly surprised me, the True Value of Spa 35 became apparent as I worked with various members of the staff. Their professionalism, knowledge and adeptness with the procedures was comforting. Topmost was their concern and care regarding my safety and needs. They made me feel I was a part of the Spa 35 Family. Boise is most fortunate to have this depth of services and care in its downtown area.

Literally the friendliest staff ever!! They were so incredibly thoughtful of how I felt through the whole process. Such a professional and welcoming environment and I couldn't be happier with my time there. Thank you Spa 35!!!

Spa 35 has knowledgeable, friendly staff in a clean, relaxed environment. I read reviews online prior to deciding where to go for laser hair removal & saw that Spa 35 had all 5 star reviews, more than 100! I also noticed that the owner replied to every single one. I called to ask a few questions & Alex was so polite & patient answering all of my questions. I had the same experience with Shannon during my session as well. This is a very professional & welcoming spa. I highly recommend them. Thank you Spa 35!

I just finished my 3rd IPL treatment with Sharon and it has been LIFE CHANGING. She is awesome! Not pnly is the treatment affective but the staff are so fun and sweet. But the difference in my rosacea is astronomical! I honestly have been struggling with this since I was 10 years old and felt super insecure to be seen or go anywhere without makeup and now I know that it's very close to fixed I'm super excited! Thank you guys so much! I couldn't think of a better way to spend my money!

I always looking forward to my appointments at Spa35. Since coming here I have noticed my such an incredible difference in my skins color, texture, and appearance. The services that Spa 35 provides is top notch and the ladies who work here make it an amazing experience each time. Shannon has been giving me IPLs and laser hair removal treatment, and I absolutely enjoy her perfectionism. She will not let one spot go untreated. She is always welcoming with a big hug and after the appointment, we have had the best time. She makes IPLs fun, which is probably an oxymoron, but she makes it happen. Shannon is a true estethcian professional and I owe looking so good for my wedding to her, thank you Shannon!!! And thank you Spa 35 team for a best-in class experience!
