CCK did our garage floor in February. Jeff came out earlier than expected to provide the quote. Such an easy and simple process. The morning of the install, the guys were on time despite a big accident in Wichita. Most importantly, they did a great job and it went exactly as they had explained. The whole team were all incredibly polite and respectful the entire time. It’s high-dollar but that is what I would expect of a high quality product installed by a good team.

The team at Concrete Coatings of Kansas were great to work with. The floor looks incredible, and we already have people asking about it. They were all very professional and did an amazing job even though the weather was horrible and they were probably freezing in our garage. After a small hiccup with their machinery on the first day and having to extend the job out one day they volunteered to cover the additional day cost for our Uhaul rental. Overall great experience with this company, owners and employees. Highly recommend them!

I had Concrete Coatings of Kansas do our garage floors as a birthday gift to my husband. Not only did the owner help me pull off the surprise by being flexible about when he could come do the estimate and the work, but you can literally be back on them in 24 hours from the time the work is complete. They warranty the garage floors for 15 years and they even coated the wooden steps that looked like garbage before going into the house. I love the new look and it is so easy to maintain. Anything you spill can just be wiped up. It is so clean and polished looking. Now if I could just get the rest of the house to look this nice! Jesse and his crew showed up on time and we’re 100% professional during the entire day. The crew had a great work dynamic and you could tell they seemed to enjoy the job they were doing, a nice plus! My garage floor was cracked, stained and just a little too much for me to repair/resurface on my own. Concrete Coatings completely transformed my garage into what I can only compare to a showroom. PLUS, I won’t have to worry about it for years to come!

In five words: GREAT SALES! INSTALLATION! FOLLOW-UP!
In more words: NO PRESSURE, convenient at home presentation (80 miles from Andover) with large product samples. FRIENDLY, skilled, attentive to details installation leader and crew. In regards to after sales, when I texted the next morning (after the product had dried overnight) to ask about the texture of the surface of the product, I received a call WITHIN MINUTES stating that if I would like for someone to reexamine the project, they would be happy to schedule a time to return to site. (Did I mention I am 80 miles from Andover?) Let me emphasize here that my questioning of the dried floor was NOT about their installation, rather a customer choice of how much texture (smoother or rougher surface) I preferred.
From start to finish (and beyond), I am completely happy with Concrete Coatings of Kansas. I really thought my pitted and cracked concrete porch floor was ready for the “jackhammer” but now it looks GREAT! If I had another project, I would be contacting them today to get me scheduled!
