Super nice guys. Something had gotten knocked loose in my car, and I wasn't sure what it was, but it was making a ton of noise. I was originally going to drive out to West Roxbury, since my mother works at a dealership, but the noise got so loud I just turned into the first shop I saw and hoped for the best. The guy at the desk struck me immediately as a honest looking guy, so I felt a bit relieved, and he had someone take me car in to look at it immediately. A few minutes later the mechanic came in, and told me what the issue was, how he'd taken care of it (a temporary fix: they didn't have the materials to fix it on site) and they didn't charge me anything!
If I'm ever in the area and need car maintenance, I'll be sure to go here to return the favor. Everyone I encountered seemed very honest, professional and helpful.

I dont know where these 5 stars came from but these guys were not very good or kind with my repair. Even after a AAA recommendation. I called AAA back and told them how lousy this place is. I brought my.truck in there for service to find out the reason it was running rough and all they said to me was. You need a new Truck. Thanks buddy, without even a proper diagnosis. I had to call a tow truck just to take it to.a real mechanic to look at and low and behold that mechanic found the problem in 2 hours. These people have no idea what they are doing unless it's tire related. Not mechanics but hacks.

This place is horrible, very stereotypical scummy garage. Absolutely do not take your car here or they will try to scam or take advantage of you. My friend went here to replace a flat tire and they said the rest of the tires need to be rotated and replaced when they did not need to be. They then went around and tried to sell her new tires and flip her old ones for a profit. Ended up having a bill of well over 500. On top of all of that, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I work at a car dealership and they should be ashamed of themselves. They are very shady, do not take your car here even if you know what you are talking about. The owner also won't take responsibly for any of the negative reviews online and I honestly think he buys positive reviews from people. if you know what is good for you, find another garage. If you don't believe me read the google reviews.
