This company was very impressive. They gave the impression of being grassroots, hands on, customer service oriented, quality controlled. I found their link in an email from a medical conference and purchased the poster size I needed. A very helpful person quality controlled the proofing process and ensured our order printed correctly. This is the third time, second presentation, that I've used PosterPresentations for a poster presentation (long story, I needed 2 types of posters printed for the first). The previous time went so well I knew that I knew I had to use them again for the newest presentation I was making. I could have saved money by using the university printer, but I would not have had the same level of care from the company. The posters turned out great. It was kind of a pain to have each poster on an individual file and figure out how to make a small file into a bigger poster changing the sizing but it all worked out, they called me right away to verify everything and they were shipped super quickly.

Except for Print area on the top of poster board everything was excellent. Looked like it was a printing malfunction. Service and ease of use were excellent.

Overall good quality but graphs on poster where very light and x-axis and y-axis line was missing.

This was a quick and efficient service, as my tri-fold template was completed and ready for print. However, the QR code for my poster was not available, and there wasn't any compensation for this. Also, as a college student, there really should be some discount for students.
