Great product and customer service, with one small exception. It should be easier for one order to include two different forms of the poster, such as foldable fabric and printed.

I needed a research poster to present at a national convention. I was so impressed that PosterPresentations not only printed my poster correctly at high definition, but had it to me in 2 days instead of the 3-day turnaround I paid extra for. And when I unfolded the fabric poster, it looked just like paper. I was shocked. A 4x8-foot fabric poster that looked like one big paper poster and no wrinkles?!? You have a customer for life!

I recently had to print a fabric poster from here. I had several complications. The poster template did not match what was required by the conference. Whatever shipping service failed to deliver it in time even though I paid for 2 day shipping. However, Brian and Art at Posterpresentations were amazing. They offered alternatives including free re-print and patiently answered my what ifs. When I finally got my poster, it was of superior quality. In this day and age when customer service is nonexistent...it is a blessing to run into folks like this.

I have always printed posters on high quality paper. I have seen fabric posters in the past and thought I would try going that route. The poster looked great on the fabric. It was also very easy to fold up and carry in my luggage as opposed to carrying the poster tube. The poster unfolded nicely and was easy to hang using Velcro strips and pins. I will definitely use this service again.
