One of my favorites places to eat while traveling. It's close to a Tesla charger and they have a lot of gluten free options. I recommend getting a pack of cookies to go.

I've always passed this place and never stopped in until today. The atmosphere is so welcoming, the restaurant has a very clean look, and when it comes to the food, it's very fresh, delicious, and great presentation. Also, stop by the bar. The bartenders are very friendly and not stingy with the cocktails. The mixture to ice ratio is very balanced and I'm very satisfied with the place overall.

We went on a Wednesday night during the week. We had visited True Foods in Colorado before and were excited to try this location. The atmosphere was great.
Atmosphere: We sat outside and it was a bit loud with rt 1 as the back drop but overall it was nice to be outside. The ambience of the restaurant was calm and welcoming with a relaxed wholesome vibe.
Food Service: The food was excellent with the exception of Two dishes where the vegetables were under cooked along with the rice. We let our server know and she kindly asked the kitchen to remake it. It was excellent service and the flavor of the food was good. The drinks were fantastic.
We look forward to the next visit!

Great gluten-free and vegan options but so much more! Delicious healthier than your typical restaurant (no msg). I belive they update their menu with seasonal food. My go to is the Korean sweet potato noodles and the cauliflower appetizer. Such great flavors. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The drinks are expensive for what you get but that's everywhere. They have outdoor seating and a private room. They also have pizza and burgers. Love the concept and the interior is modern and fresh.

Nice ambiance with an open modern feel. Plenty of free parking available, adjacent to the Menlo Park Mall.

One of the best healthy hidden secrets of Jersey - True Food Kitchen! Clean, delicious, and prompt great service. We always request for Anthony, our favorite server, when we dine. He is fabulous and always recommends the best items to try. This is healthy eating, the RIGHT way. We have also sampled desserts that we were unsure about trying, and they were a hoot. If you are in Edison, and looking for a great place to feed your family with no guilt attached, head straight to True Food Kitchen!

What a great moment in time. I never expect to walk into True Food Kitchen and expect to get the best cocktails I have had in a long time. Kelly was spectacular with suggestions and made amazing drinks. It’s hard to find someone who loves what they do and she does so stop by and try it out, because I was taken back and I know you will be.

Really great space—the windows are huge and the green accents throughout the area are nice aesthetic-wise. You can also sort of see the kitchen. Conceptually, I love this restaurant, as it aligns with both my environmental and lifestyle values. Buying foods when they are in season is a sustainable practice and it’s great that they change their menus seasonly. The prices are pretty expensive but I guess you are also paying for the quality
