Called Total Air on a Monday morning to see if they could come to my work to repair an issue with an industrial walk in fridge. Total Air were absolutely amazing and with little to no fuss, my fridge issue was booked into the be remedied in the afternoon the very next day. Communication was top notch as I was notified of the service persons arrival time and live route tracking. The service person Dan, was very professional and was thorough in explaining the situation. I called them a week ago when I first discovered a problem with a split-system in a bedroom, and they scheduled to attend on Monday afternoon. It was all extremely professional. I received a message to tell me that Dan, a Technician, would be at my home in 22 minutes, and that's exactly when he arrived. Dan was very personable, and when he told me the unit required replacing, I didn't doubt his word, as he gained my trust with his manner and work ethic. I have arranged for a new unit to be installed by them and I am happy with my decision. I don't doubt for one minute that it will be done on time, and professionally. Based on my dealings, I highly recommend them.
