Love the food and service here. Always have a positive experience. Eric took very good care of us on our last visit. They have great pizza, Kale Salad and the vegan double cheeseburger is the bomb.
Don't forget to try the flourless chocolate cake too.
I definitely would recommend this if you are looking for healthy fine dining.

I’ve been here several times. First off-food is always consistent (which lately is hard to find)… what is even more hard to find is cohesion between back of house and front of house-which this place 1000% has. In addition the staff is there to work-and they actually love to work there and it shows in how they treat their customers (kudos to training/management for this one)! You’ll be greeted with a smile always-nothing too pushy yet enough to make you exhale and know after dropping way too much money shopping you can forget it for a little bit and have a cocktail and some healthy eats. Erik (with a K)-is a Phenomenal server. He’s humble, attentive (but not too much), suggests great options if you’re undecided-and again-there’s an ease to his vibe that is so rare-he loves what he does and it’s refreshing-Tip big for this one, he’s going places. Mikaela the bartender, exactly what a bartender should be-chatty, relatable, pours a great drink! If you’re eating at the bar she’ll take care of you as if you were a fine diner in the main ballroom.

Go to. If the holiday shopping is getting you down-pop in, sit with Erik-hell tell you what to order, Mikaela make you a drink-and be taken care of for an hour where eating out is what the food industry used to be!!! Well done Tru Food-I’ll be back for sure!

Service: 5-Star, attentive, swift, friendly & complimentary.
Ambiance: Contemporary and chic for a mall experience. Makes you feel as if you're in California with its minimalist bamboo aesthetic.
Food: 4-Stars. Flavor bomb with some items like their Harissa Tahini Charred Cauliflower with Dates, Pistachios and Mint.
The juicy but "could've used a bit more love" Turkey Burger is scantily seasoned though.
The Tuscan Kale salad itself is aggressively dressed with a Lemon Vinaigrette, which is delish. The added Grilled Chicken needed more help with the base notes of seasoning. The "char" was the seasoning. Thankfully, the chicken wasn't overcooked. Everything should stand on its own.
We had an additional side of Roasted Butternut Squash, which was a gourd of goodness!
The cocktail selections are better than the rudimentary wine options but the wine choices are sensible.
Overall, a fantastic, healthy and clean place to recharge when shopping!

Exquisite! There's a store tent out front with the QRC for menu lookup if you so desire before entering, but the ambiance before our eyes was enough for us to check out this restaurant; an absolute .It wasn't quite full, so we had our choice of seating, and we chose the bar.
The bartender (forgot her name) was very knowledgeable, which was a great sign. The appetizer was a bit salty, and she was getting the manager who rudely never came. However, we were impressed that they took feedback that seriously until the manager never appeared...RUDE.
Anyway, the entrees were both delicious. Entry bite made me feel like I never wanted the meal to end; my empty and cleaned plate is a testament to how delicious it was (minus the salt; there was also a saltiness to this meal).
We had delicious fresh juice, which were also delicious; if tasty isn't your flavor, then skip these, but I loved them.
The QRC allows you to do a number of things which includes viewing the menu and Apple Pay.
I would definitely return to this restaurant.

After a long day of shopping we stopped in here for some dinner. What a amazing casual dining spot thats reasonably priced. The food is fresh and tasty from the pizza to the burger and everything listed on the menu. The cocktails are also refreshing and flavorful with the right amount of liquor. Everything we order tasted high quality and flavorful. We definitely enjoyed this place and will be back here again to explore more of the seasonal menus.

Very good food and service. My wife is vegan and I am not. We both can have a meal that caters to either of us. We've been a few times and have had various items. The last time I had the grass fed burger with sweet potato hash. My wife had the teriyaki bowl. Both were very good. We are very pleased to have a nice sit down restaurant where we can both enjoy a good meal.

Came here with my husband about two weeks ago for the first time. The butternut squash soup was amazing and I loved the teriyaki quinoa bowl. Service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend this place for good healthy food.
