We attended Field of RV Dreams in Airdrie to find a trailer after ours burned. We were a little down in the mouth but hoped for the best as we had been shopping from Virden Manitoba to Kelowna BC with no success. We were greeted by reception and as there was not a salesperson available the Operations Manager Tara Moore was contacted. She cheerfully greeted us and to ensure we we cared for immediately took us out to the lot and checked the inventory. Tara's sense of humor quickly cheered us up and laughter was the medicine. We did not find anything quite right but Tara personally took us to another dealer associated to her business and escorted us through that lot as well. Great service. We did not find anything there either but her commitment to customer service did not end. She searched her sister companies and found a fifth wheel that seemed perfect. Tara contacted the dealer and set up a viewing and we did subsequently purchase this RV. Thanks Tara. Loved the laug
