Great experience purchasing our first TT! We had seen many makes & models from four different dealers and Tara made our buying experience that much easier. Amazing experience buying our trailer at FIELD OF RV DREAMS AIRDRIE, at the moment you walk in the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is great, we had lots of question about trailers in general because was our first trailer, they took the time and the manager also sit with us to show us videos to have a better perspective of what I was looking for. The transaction was super easy and fast, and the service department was really professional, they explain everything about the trailer and give us a lot of tips to keep our trailer in perfect conditions for long time. Definitely recommend this place, thank you to the all team for your help. We can't wait for our first camping in this trailer.

Ok three amazing experiences so far first we had some issues with our first trailer we purchased from another dealer and Field of Dreams was much more accommodating helping us with service. The service took place on the last day of business before Christmas break and they knew we were also looking for a new trailer. They helped hook us up on their time off with a new trailer without ripping us off like the last company did!! They helped us make this an exciting Christmas and New Years for our family. And the service on our old trailer cost half of what the other dealer was quoting us!!
We are huge winter campers and in February during the deep freeze a switch in our furnace froze and we were bummed as we were supposed to go away. Hubby called in hoping they may be able walk us through the fix but it required dismantling the furnace! INSTEAD Russel from their service dept. On his day off took the time to drive 45 mins to fix us while we were hooked up to the truck!! FOR FREE

Although we didn't buy our RV from Field of Dreams, where the real importance lies is in the service you receive afterwards in the following years. After purchasing from a loosely related dealership, we had a poor experience initially. We decided to call Field of Dreams & have not been disappointed since. In particular, the service & care we have received from Russell in the service department has been outstanding. He's been personal & attentive to addressing the several issues we have had with our unit. I'm sure the rest of the staff are equally as professional & knowledgeable as he is. When you come across people like him, you need to acknowledge it & let everyone else know. Service like his will always be rewarded with follow up loyalty from us. We won't take our RV anywhere else now. Great job Russell!!

Let me give you a little story of how good the service is from this place my vehicle battery died on me and these guys lent me a battery and the tools to take it apart from my vehicle so I could get it another battery this is absolutely the best place to go if you want good service very impressed can't see anything better about them I ended up buying the battery from them

They we very clear on walking us through and explaining everything about the trailer, the financial end of things. You wont find more upfront, honest, friendly people. Best service,prices,and people. What an experience!!! My wife stopped in to have a quick look and met Bill and insisted that I come back to meet hm to pursue our RV shopping. We went back in a couple of day and I also met Bill. What a true professional. Treat us with respect and no pressure. We ended up purchasing a new unit and probably spent an extra 10K more then what we were planning. Again no pressure and the decision was all our. Bill was honest and sincere when we asked his opinion. Next we met Debby. She made the "toughest" part of the purchase smooth and relaxed. She was very informative and explained very thing completely. She was able to give us everything that we needed as new RV owners and to stay within our budget. When we picked up our unit both Chad and Tamara were and continue to be fantastic while they deal with these "newbie" owners. I would strongly suggest Field of RV Dreams Airdrie to both the experienced campers and people just starting out.
