My experience at Field of Dreams was AMAZING!!! Cheryl was soooo patient with me because I wasn’t sure what I wanted in a travel trailer and I knew that I was going to be spending a lot of time in it and it had to be perfect. She showed me 4 trailers and just wasn’t feeling it then she showed me the “one”!!! I absolutely fell in love with it! And with no pressure! I was very excited. I absolutely have to take the time to leave a review about our experience today.
From the moment I walked through the doors of Field of Dreams I was impressed with both the care and quality of service my husband and I received. We are new to the camping world and have visited a number of different RV stores in the hope of being reassured we would be making a sound investment but none have left us with enough confidence to do so.
On arrival, we were met with such a kind and friendly receptionist, she immediately got us a coffee and popcorn to snack on whilst we were allowed the space to look around (I appreciate not being pushed into a sale). She also helped advise me why there was so many pieces of interesting sports and children’s character memorabilia around the store (the owner has a personal interest in these things). It certainly made for a great outing and given her account of how lovely a person the owner is, I find myself wanting to support such a business where staff can speak so well of their management.
We then dealt with Ahmed. What a fantastic experience that was. He is incredibly knowledgeable and genuine. He helped us understand all aspects of owning a trailer, many of which we simply had no knowledge of or considered.
We are now in the process of getting a hitch fitted to our midrange SUV in order to buy our first trailer and without a shadow of a doubt, we will not be going anywhere else other than to Ahmed to get it.
Interestingly, we had set out to view the light NuCamp range of trailers next door but got the address wrong! I was so impressed with the products on offer at Field of Dreams and their service, we feel fully satisfied and have no interest in visiting the neighbouring RV store.

The first time walking in to this dealership I felt relaxed and comfortable. The receptionist welcomed us and offered us coffee or tea as we looked around. We worked the Don and his experience and knowledge put us at ease as he answered all our questions. Ahmed the manager showed us the construction of the RV on his computer which helped us make our decision as we wanted to take the RV close to many beaches inside and outside of Canada.
Robin helped us with the financing but also explained the insurance and protection options. She made us feel very comfortable in the decisions we made and we know the RV is protected head to toe. Brad and Alex and the service department were amazing. They gave us lots of advice and were patient with our many questions. I recommend this dealership and their great team if your looking to purchase an RV. If I could give them 10 stars I would. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

We went to a few RV dealers looking for our first RV. When we walked into Field of Dreams RV it was like no other dealership. The atmosphere was inviting and fun and the team was exceptional!
We worked with Don and Ahmed and they explained how the RV’s were constructed which made us feel like we made an educated decision as we wanted the RV for a long trip. Robin in finance worked to help us arrange financing that suited our needs and made our RV dream possible. I have to mention Brad and Alex in the service department. They went over and above to explain the features of the trailer and get everything we added installed in a timely manner. By the time we picked up our trailer not only did we have a beautiful trailer but a new family of friends from the dealership.
This team went over and above our expectations and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used RV. Thank you again.

Just picked up a trailer here for the first time and was very happy with everyone's service. They were detailed and made it easy. The tech Erick did a thorough inspection and helped fix a few things I didn't notice. Was very helpful in answering and showing me howbeverything worked. Overall very happy with my experience here

I am updating a previous review to acknowledge someone without whose help we would not have been able to conclude the purchase of our 5th Wheel from Field of RV Dreams.Mr. Ahmed Ali, who is the Sales Manager in Airdrie, met with me and we worked through all of the final details and challenges to get our RV ready to be delivered. His curtesy and professionalism was very much appreciated. I can't speak highly enough about our experience due to his efforts. I hope this review will be seen by the owners of Field of RV Dreams so they know how grateful we are because of everything Ahmed has done on their behalf. I don't normally write reviews but after my experience at Field of RV Dreams in Airdrie I wanted to acknowledge the incredible job their team did to help us purchase our RV.
I went to several RV dealerships but when I came in the their Airdrie dealership I was greeted at the door by Cheryl McCarthy and immediately felt welcomed. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable giving us an abundance of information and guidance. She showed us several RV units right away even though it was raining heavily and even slightly hailing. Thank you, Cheryl, and I hope your umbrella wasn't damaged too much.
We signed the paperwork for the unit we chose and were then sent to Robyn Wright, their Finance Manager. Robyn was absolutely amazing and got everything done in just a few hours. It was a credit to all their staff who were extremely helpful and made our experience wonderful. Thank you everyone and especially Robyn for getting this wrapped up quickly and still working on getting our RV ready to deliver shortly.
If I could give 10 stars I would but as it stands 5 will have to do. I'd like the owners and operators of Field of RV Dreams in Airdrie to know all these things and be very proud of the team they have there. Well done....
