Terrific experience at the Boardroom in Plano today. Commuting to Dallas, needed a haircut, and decided to go all in with the Benchmark. From the start, it was a good experience. In the waiting area, I sank into a leather chair, cracked open a Diet Coke and d opened an actual newspaper. What?! Marcella, my barber/stylist, walked me back and took the time to ask what i wanted in a haircut and then delivered. She was lovely. The paraffin hand wax, shampoo, scalp massage, and hot towel treatment were ideal. Very happy with the results. This is not your Floyd the Mayberry Barber experience. It's barbering elevated and you pay accordingly. Totally worth it.

I am a very unlikely customer for the boardroom, as I am very frugal, and the prices seemed completely out of my league. I ventured out and scheduled a visit, and was very unsure of my decision, until the process began. Nikki was fantastic and took me through the consultation, haircut, and full salon experience. I was very pleased with the results and could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.

Tim is far and away the best barber in the metroplex! I’ve been going to him for almost three months now and he always asks how I want it cut and executes it exactly as I envisioned it. He’s easy to talk to and I’ve never left a cut feeling anything but great!
