I can't express enough how much i'm impressed with Carissa at the Boardroom. Her relentless focus on quality, service and the overall experience is just so refreshing. What's even cooler is i've seen her interact with the other stylists when they have a question or need advice for another client. That's just how much she's respected by not only her clients, but those she works with. You can't teach that and when you find people with those qualities, you don't go anywhere else. Take all of that, and then add in the receptionists that are always so nice and pleasant, even when it's crazy busy, and you start to understand just how special the Boardroom is.
