I had a great experience with Katy.
As someone who has been getting their hair cut at home for years after never finding a barber shop or salon I liked, I decided to try and step my style up again, and decided to try here after reading all the positive reviews.
The entire experience from checking in to the cut to the extras in the benchmark service were great. Katy really helped me find a cut and style that I liked and that worked with my hair type and length (something that I had struggled with in the past). I will definitely be returning to this location.

Ladies if you're looking for a place to take your husband to get a hair cut this is a place for him! Men of your wanting to look good for your significant other I would highly recommend this place! This place is really clean, and they care about their clients. It's been years since my husband has had a hair cut I took him there and he walked out feeling like a new man. They also have is a call to see how he's doing and they had met his expectations. 10 out of 10!!!!

I've been coming to Boardroom for almost a DECADE, and have always been satisfied with their service. However, today Phillip at the Lakeside location raised the bar immensely for both customer service AND talent. The staff at boardroom has always done a really good job trimming my beard. I rarely keep up with it at home so it gets all crazy and squirrely. Nobody's ever really taught me how to keep up with it between sessions. Phillip however, took time today to show me individual steps on how to deal with those pesky mustache hairs getting longer or the neckline getting itchy. He recommend products they actually sell and showed me tools to use. He totally went above and beyond just getting a simple trim or a haircut. If you're in Lskeside, definitely ask for Phillip. I will be coming to him from now on. Thank you Phillip.
