I've been three times now, and because of the consistent, excellent service from Lettie, I'm almost ready to take the plunge and get a membership. Lettie really pays attention to the details, and she has great insight. I really value her advice and expertise. The Benchmark is wonderful. Most places that offer a higher-end service with a haircut will sometimes just pat you on the back a few times, rub a palm over your cheeks, and call it pampering. Not here. I feel totally relaxed when I walk out. Highly recommended.
