In May I purchased a Honda CR-V Hybrid at Garber Honda and fell in love with my car over the 10 months I had it. Unfortunately my car was hit while parked and totaled. I was desperate to get back into the "same" car as quickly as possible and as luck would have it, someone had just traded in their CRV that same week to Garber Webster. Eddie and team were quick to respond when I inquired about the car and went above and beyond to try to ease the stress of what I was going through. I cried through most of my initial meeting with them due to the insurance process being so frustrating and complicated and everyone - Eddie, Jeff, Mike - gave me time and support and were so patient with me. Fred was also wonderful at explaining everything to me around financing and reassuring me about my options and giving me time to process the information. This will now be the 3rd car I've bought through a Garber location and I'm glad I got to stay in the "Garber family" through a really unexpected and upsetting event.
