This recent visit to Garber Subaru for state inspection and another thing was one of the most pleasant and relaxed in recent memory. All the staff were pleasant and friendly and, even though I will need some brake work in the near future,I was told it wasn’t something that needed immediate attention and to call when convenient to make an appointment . Absolutely not a speck of pressure to get it done there and then. What a change from a lot of other places. I would highly recommend Garber Subaru to friends, family, and anyone who asks.

I stopped in to see if I could find a car that met my very specific needs. I was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from the young woman at the front desk. Unlike other experiences where I wandered around a showroom and no one offered to help me, everyone at Garber was so helpful. Jeff greeted me and immediately went to work trying to find a car the size I needed. It was challenging at best, but he was patient and pleasant and never tried to talk me into something that wouldn't work for me. He was able to find me the perfect car.
I cannot recommend Garber, and especially Jeff, highly enough. He was everything you would want in a person helping you make a pretty major purchase. I felt heard and valued, not talked down to or dismissed (as can happen to a woman buying a car on her own). It was a lovely experience and I am thrilled with my purchase and the service I received.
