Where do I begin aside Max and Trevor were amazing throughout this process. I’m new to the GARBER family, I’ve always shopped their competitor in Greece, but when their competitor told me I wasn’t approved for a 2024 traverse but I indeed was approve for a 2024 Blazer RS EV($11k more, with NO INCENTIVES aside my GM discount, this EV car did NOT qualify for the tier up program or other credits aside my $1000 lease holder cash let me remind you!), my red flag went up and I broke my relationship and trust with them and reached out to GARBER. Max responded back within 3 min of my inquiry, and has been amazing since! From the moment i walked in and shook Max’s hand after he heard my frustrating story, he sat with head high and a big smile on his face because he knew this was a cake walk for him . Once I met Trever in Finance and he looked at me with a welcoming smile and said “did you schedule your pick up day with Max”(didn’t even pull my credit yet) I knew I was going to get the vehicle I WANTED based off all the positive vibes! this was a quick 3 day process(would’ve been 1 day but my insurance office is closed on the weekends) that ended with tears and happiness(bitter sweet moment trading in my 2022 traverse considering the memories with my now deceased mom). Moving forward this will be my new go to place for car shopping!

So let me tell you I haven’t had service this excellent since I was going to the service department at Piehler Pontiac and Stan Sweet took care of service for my vehicle.
