On my last trip in to Garber Subaru for the 2022 for an oil change and a wash. I was rather disappointed as if they washed it the totally missed the back end. I had expected that it would get a wash so I could do a touch up on the paint and that did not happen. So much has changed in the last two years in the service department. I really do not know if I want to take my Subaru in again for service there when things did not get done on her.

I am very pleased with the service I received. After looking online for a couple weeks, I finally saw, on Carfax, the car that had all the features I need, in my price range. I sent an email expressing my interest & Josh contacted me, right away. I live in Niagara Falls & he worked with me to secure the car until I could travel to Rochester. I'm 83 years old and he made the entire procedure a pleasure, even delivering the car to my home, after completing some updates we agreed on.
