I took my Chevy Equinox in this morning on short notice. The engine light was on and hesitating almost to the point of stalling. Matt, who was the service agent was excellent. After attempting to diagnosis the problem and taking it on an extensive test drive, they initially were not able to definitely diagnosis the problem (the engine light was now off with no recent codes, and the car drove fine when they drove it, of course). At the last minute, I decided to mention that the problem appeared to occur after an oil change (which I thought was unrelated). Matt then looked at the car again and discovered two loose screws to the air filter (which the oil change company failed to tighten completely). Two tightened screws later I was on my way. He didn't even charge me for the time they spent. I was traveling from Ohio to see my family in Webster, NY and was extremely stressed I could not get home on time. I want to thank Matt and the technician who drove my car for their honesty, thoroughness, professionalism and clear explanation. A less honest service center could have easily charged me for unneeded repairs. I would definitely recommend them for any service needs.
