The folks at the Subaru dealership did their due diligence and confirmed that my extended warranty not only covered a flat tire repair, but also replacement (as the tire needed to be replaced). I find it very difficult to know what is covered and they figured it out quickly.

Jeff Knickerbocker approached me in the lot. He was so professional, honest and understanding. He listened to my needs and my financial status. He kept saying to me, don't worry we will make it work. He never pushed. I was so grateful to have him help me. FYI Jeff has great sense of humor. As I approached the saleroom you hear employees walking and singing. I hear receptionist answering the phone so kind and helpful. While Jeff steps away to do all his magic work for me. I am approached by Joel Williams who took the time to introduces himself and wanted to know if I needed anything and how is it going. I told him Jeff is amazing. Joel was too. You hear throughout the sales floor employees thanking people.
