Just bought my second used car from Len Ciotti at Garber chevy. I just love dealing with him. He is so honest and straightforward, you walk out of there feeling good about the whole deal. Len goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with the vehicle and he always makes himself available if you have any concerns or questions. He offers extras, but is never pushy or hard sell, he just lets you know what is available and lets you make your own decision. I also dealt with Ashley Pierce, one of the business managers and she was the same way. She explained things like the additional warranties available, but never made you feel like you were being pressured to choose something. I will always go to Garber and hopefully Len when I need another vehicle.
