Vet more interested to sell they insurance than in your pet. After complaining that I have been not given any consultation regarding my cats illness, doctor lied that he did and that he showed me a products ectr. Very unprofessional staff. Nurse is saying one thing, manager and vet different. First time in my life I have been treated like that. Where doctor and all staff lie to save themselves. Shame on you.

I have been with this vet for years and have always been happy with their professionalism and friendliness. The only problem was that there was no permanent vet for a while so, however wonderful the vets, we could not have continuity of care for my very sick kitty Mungo. However, about a year ago, Bosco Yeung came on board as a permanent vet and am certain that it is only because of him that Mungo is still alive. He is an old cat with multiple health problems and IBD - he was given 6-12 months to live back in 2018. I know his time will come, it cannot be avoided, but he is still with me and every day I have with him I owe to this practice and to Bosco's dedication and commitment to animals. He has done everything he could and has gone beyond the call of duty to ensure that Mungo is cared for promptly and humanely, not over-medicated and not unduly stressed by being taken to hospital. Mungo hates vets but trusts Bosco. If only GPs were more like him. I full heartedly recommend this practice

Impossible to make an appointment. I've been calling about my sick cat for 3 days just to be refused consultation every time. I wanted to have him seen but there are never any appointments available. Sending me somewhere across London instead isn't helpful.

This is my local vet and I thought they were a professional practice but they are anything but. I recently took my cat to this practice for blood tests because he was feeling unwell. When I called for the results I was told very rudely that I had to wait a week. After more than another week I called again and was told the bloods were lost and that I had to take a very nervous cat back to draw more blood. When the results came back the vet said his clinical image was good despite elevated urea, which is an early indicator of kidney disease. When I pushed him he very rudely added that "he wasn't willing to run thousands of pounds worth of tests" when he didn't feel it was justified. Fast forward two more weeks and the cat fell very ill and needed hospitilisation for kidney failure, for a problem that had very clearly been buidling up for a number of weeks. Sadly my cat passed away and after speaking to the other vets I'm confident that Goddards Tottenham were negligent to the point of criminality. I'm launching an investigation into the practice, but in summary if you love your animal PLEASE STAY AWAY from this practice, they are dangerous, rude and the head vet needs to resign due to malpractice.

Amazing vets ! My puppy had a operation and they were great, made me feel less anxious about the procedure and gave good aftercare.
