Absolutely awful. My cat had only been in my flat. Never outdoors. I came back and he had fleas. It was shocking give. It’s a well known company. Never again. I will support local vets only from now.

Doctor did not want to investigate anything before doing a scan which I was quoted on £700 only for a scan that I end up doing at Sainsbury's hospital for £150. Very disappointed.
