It does everything it claims. 4000 lb travel trailer. Tight radius turns are a breeze. Almost effortless on concrete. Dry grass, hard ground, no problem. After rain, wet grass, soft ground can get dug up. Be aware. Otherwise excellent.

It works beautifully. My Airstream is 5000 pounds. I bought the 10K model with 4” tires. Please be sure to place your block vertically and not interfere with the wheels. 6% grade is very workable. I love my choice.
