There was an error with the first message/ review I sent so I’m rewriting it. I’m still waiting on a call from jimmy wagner so we can settle the matter (SINCE LATE JANUARY..) for my deceased father and his deceased client’s estate. As of today the matter has yet to be taken seriously. Jim I’m still waiting for you to do the right thing and yes I’m still representing myself at this junction. This matter has dragged on for months. I don’t recommend jimmy at all this is ridiculous.

Again I’m updating my situation. Jimmy and I are going to court for ridiculous he refusing to bend on a situation that he’s completely wrong in… but will be made know when I open a social media page just for him this matter and the courts outcome.

The reviews you read of are those that are happy with his services only. The negative reviews are not shown unfortunately. All I can say is run…. He’s not worth the aggravation when dealing with a huge estate over a million dollars. Only go to him for advice and smaller amount estates! Jimmy Wagner and myself still have this on-going issue that needs to be resolved regarding assets, inheritance, estate and a will his former deceased client left to me with my father name attached to solidify it. I will update google if this continues to be a problem. However Jimmy doesn’t seem as though he would waste time so it should take much longer then it has to…. Update: sadly I have to report that I was under the impression Jim and I had settled a matter regarding several issues concerning my portion of the will amongst other things. He advised me to get a lawyer as I will. New clients please be aware and any clients with complaints please be advised to state your complaints Anywhere it’s allowed
