You could benefit with more staff. There are no signs regarding refund policy as no one knew what the policy was. There was confusion with the total price. The product itself is excellent. One salesperson was knowledgeable but another I felt was a little blasé. I was annoyed at one point but still would recommend the product wholeheartedly.

Good place to buy quality mattress. See, feel and buy. Lady Vy in store was very helpful to select mattress. One piece of advise always check online price to avoid any price difference issue. Second try to come on weekdays to avoid rush and find parking. Third advise always buy mattress protactor to protect mattress warrantie. Which you will definitely claim soon as these mattress will not reach to their warrantiey life as per my experience.

Great service Nicole and Jenna, I felt no pressure to decide. Very happy with my choice, although I know I have 100 days to trial ( with my waterproof mattress protector) to return. Advice on a pillow was very welcome and really happy.
