I highly recommend Tent World on Kortum Drive at Burleigh Heads for any camping needs you may have. I have purchased quality headlamps & efficient cooking system there all with the knowledgable help of Matt. He knows his stuff. Large store, good prices.

Excellent customer service and great range of product. We purchased a tent from a store in Brisbane and it was damaged by some wind while setting up. We stopped in at Tentworld Burleigh Heads to sort it out. They didn't have a replacement but did everything they could to solve the issue so that we could continue our camping trip. The staff were super helpful, particularly Antony who provided a temporary solution to fix the issues with our tent, erected it to check everything was fine and provided useful advice. Highly recommend!

Tentworld at Burleigh Heads was recommended to me by my parents and I was not disappointed. I have since visited multiple times and on ALL occasions staff have been friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. Staff helped me come to a decision on the best gazebo for my needs. It turned out there was a manufacturers fault with 1 product I bought and the staff went above and beyond to get the issue sorted out for me! Thanks guys!! Great range of products with A service , you can't go wrong here!

I must say when it comes to camping i am very much a novice at the best of times and really don't have any clue. After deciding to go into Tentworld Burleigh last week i must say i now have a lot of great ideas and confidence in my upcoming trip. The staff at Tentworld Burleigh where fantastic and were more then willing to answer any of my stupid questions. They gave me some fantastic ideas and really have taken away any doubts i had about the whole camping idea. I wish to give a massive thanks to the team there and i wish you all the very best with the new shop i will be sure to spread the word about your store.

My husband and I were really impressed with the amazing service we received at tentworld burliegh heads.
We brought a tent from them, used it once and when we tried to put it up again we had completely tangled it.
We went back to see the staff hoping they would help us.....but we were amazed at the help we received.
The young man took us outside and had to detangle our tent. He then proceeded to put up the tent and then showed us how to pack it up.
We would thoroughly recommend tent world Burliegh heads for all your camping needs and fantastic customer service. Well done

A bit ambitious calling it 'Tent World' as there weren't many tents on display compared to other camping outlets. I found the shop very cramped and untidy and difficult to find things in.

I am a big fan of tentworld, fantastic variety, however the only reason for this mark was the service, three people behind the counter, and more interested in having a conversation than simply running my items through the register, knew what I wanted, got it myself, but seemed to put them out to charge me for it.

Was pretty disappointed today. Came in heart set on showing the Mrs the new Yeti Tundra I was going to buy and had a young overzealous sales guy convincing me and her down to the cheaper brands at less than half the price then trying to convince us not to waste our time on an esky and just buy a fridge freezer. Then jumping back and fourth between his opinions between the yeti and and dometic. This kid chopped and changed his advice like the weather. My wife walked out of the store as she couldn't listen to him for one more second and I basically had to tell him to stop talking and left. I've had much better service at the tweed store so that's where I'll be going to buy my YETI, which is what I was walking in to buy.
